On peak times i didnt wait more that 3 mins for a bite. sometimes crankbaits works too (the not too deep ones from 3/0 to 5/0 - 1 to 2.5m) / slow reel and stop n go. I ve tried with some spinning setups, and one of the best working was the yellow medium spoon 4/0 and 6/0, casting from 50 to 60 m (aiming to the right of your screenshot - where should be your tackle info), medium speed stop n go / lift n drop.
